Soul-Driven Entrepreneurial Path After Years of Burnout

TAKING A SOUL-DRIVEN PATH AFTER YEARS OF BURNOUT POWERHOUSE DIVA

After spending years working long hours and prioritizing the needs of others, I realized it was time for a change. My early career revolved around relentless dedication, eventually leading to burnout. I worked tirelessly, yet something was missing — my passions and personal life had taken a back seat.

In 2018, I made a pivotal decision. I stepped away from my demanding career to focus on what mattered most: my family. With my son about to graduate high school, I dedicated my time to supporting him, volunteering as the PTSA President, and creating lasting memories. This shift was just the beginning of my personal transformation.

During this time, I also launched my LLC and wrote my first book, “I Love You Kiss Hug Snug It’s OK To Cry” (@itsoktocrybook). This children’s book, which captures real moments with my son, became a deeply soul-driven project — something I never would have considered in my earlier years. I was too caught up in the hustle to think about slowing down or pursuing something truly meaningful. But the desire to share these moments of connection with others became impossible to ignore.

Writing this book allowed me to reconnect with what truly fuels me: communication, trust, and nurturing relationships. It reinforced the importance of pausing, reflecting, and realigning with a deeper purpose. I want others to realize that it’s never too late to change, realign, and follow a soul-driven path.

I’ve learned that no matter where you are in life, you hold the power to reshape your journey. Remember: “You didn’t come this far only to come this far.”
